Three ways to reach Ben.
Call, email, or send through the project enquiry form. Whichever suits you, it comes to me directly.
No account managers. No call teams. Just the builder.
Every project at Morrissey Built is run by Ben. So when you phone or email, you're talking to the person who'll be on your site, the one accountable for your budget, your program and your result.
Based in East Geelong, we build across Geelong and surrounding suburbs and the Bellarine coast. That covers Newtown, Geelong West, Highton, Manifold Heights, South Geelong, Belmont and Hamlyn Heights, plus Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove, Torquay and Drysdale.

Ben's often on site, so if he can't answer, leave a message with your project details and he'll get straight back to you.
Not sure if your project is the right fit?
Morrissey Built takes on extensive home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, garages and carports. Have a look at the gallery to see recent work, or read more about Ben before you call.
What helps Ben give you a straight answer.
You don't need drawings or a firm budget to make the first call. But a few rough details mean the conversation starts somewhere useful rather than with twenty minutes of questions.
The suburb and the house
Where it is and roughly what you're working with. A 1960s brick veneer in Highton needs a different conversation to a heritage weatherboard in Newtown, and knowing which one means Ben can tell you what's likely behind the walls before he's even seen it.
What you want to change
Not a design, just the problem. More room, a kitchen that opens to the yard, a bathroom that's failed. Rough ideas are fine at this stage, and often the most useful thing is hearing what you don't like about the house now.
A rough budget range
Wide ranges are fine. It isn't a commitment, it just tells Ben whether the scope and the number are in the same postcode. If the budget and the ambition don't match, he'll say so early rather than three months in.
If you have plans already
Send them through. Ben works with architects and building designers regularly and would rather be involved while the design is still moving than be handed a finished set of drawings and asked to price it. Coming in early often makes the build cheaper.
Send your project detailsIf you're just starting out
That's most people. A lot of the work Ben does starts with a homeowner who knows something needs to change but isn't sure what's possible or what it costs. That's a perfectly good place to start a conversation.
